At ThenWine, we understand the unique nature of our offerings, dealing exclusively in premium wines sourced from official distributors to ensure authenticity and quality. To maintain the highest standards and prevent potential fraud, please note the following updates to our returns and cancellations policy:
1. Unopened packages:
- We do not accept returns if the packaging has been opened from its original condition as received from the package carrier. This policy is in place to safeguard the integrity of our products. Bottles are purchased at the buyer's risk, adhering to trade traditions.
2. Client-Initiated Returns:
- If a Client initiates a Return of an unopened package, ThenWine's will require the client to cover return shipping costs.
Return Guidelines in Brief:
- Products must be returned in the received condition and in the original packaging. - Refunds processed within 7 days of receipt and inspection. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
